How Device Works
We have a patent-pending fermentation algorithm that analyses real-time temperature curves to understand what’s happening inside the ferment.
By detecting microbial phase changes through temperature inflection points, GOcacao automatically identifies the optimal moment to aerate, ensuring consistent, well-controlled fermentation every batch.

Impact
GOcacao has moved beyond prototyping into real-world use. To date, our devices have supported over 600 kilograms of cacao fermentation, tested across multiple fermentation cycles and environments — from smallholder cooperatives to commercial processing facilities. This pilot-scale deployment allows us to validate performance, consistency, and usability under real farming conditions.
